Job Description
- Handle and coordinate active calendars.
- Manage communication including emails and phone calls
- Organize and maintain files and databases.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed
- Schedule appointments for our CEO including managing his calendar and schedule
- Provide assistance to different business functions related to different departments.
Job Requirements
- High presentation and communication skills.
- Excellent Computer skills (Proficient user of MS Office and Internet).
- Excellent English languages skills – written and spoken
- 0-3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Bachelors degree
- Very well organized
- Sheikh Zayed or 6th Of October residents is a must.
