Responsibilities
1. Conduct briefing calls with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirement related to each vacancy.
2. Headhunting using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates.
3. Screen candidates over the phone for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs, and basic qualifications.
3. Arrange with hiring managers regarding the technical interviews and suitable slots.
4. Update the recruitment tracker daily with new applicants and shortlisted candidates.
