This is a full-time
position, effective as soon as possible.




Your role at Ideaspace will
be quite diverse and dynamic, and your position will allow you to steer your
career based on your interests and achievements. We anticipate this to be a
long-term commitment, with the typical path being towards an operations Manager
role.




Your role will include any
or all of the following to varying degrees:






      
Managing day-to-day operation of a complete office in an
organized manner.



      
Executing various delegated issues, as well as coordinating
activities with other staff.



      
Work is usually 6 days a week, but urgent matters may need to be
handled 24/7 in exceptional circumstances.



      
Being present at the office in a punctual manner at official
working hours.



      
Developing a friendly and collaborative environment.



      
Help manage monthly expenses, vendors, and contractors.



      
Report facilities issues, and complete data in our system.



      
Maintain space security by following company procedures,
monitoring access control and visitor log.



      
Monitor office cleaning and guide staff.



      
Maintain office supplies such as stationary, and services such
as IT support.



      
Get to know our members professionally in order to understand
how best to add value to their businesses.



      
Arranging and coordinating with different stakeholders for
company events and activities.



      
Updating a database regularly with new information.



      
Handling office tasks, such as filing, photocopying, generating
reports and presentations, and setting up business meetings and events.



      
Professional writing for reports, letters, emails, and other
communications in English and Arabic.



      
Answer incoming phone calls and provide callers with information
about the space when required.



      
Receive and organize mail and space deliveries.



      
Walk potential members through the space members experience, detailing
the services and benefits.



      
Executing
various delegated issues, as well as coordinating activities with other staff.

Requirements

-Required a Bachelors degree
- +2 years experience
- Good English level (written & spoken)
- Very good in Microsoft office
