Job Description

The
receptionist has to be the first to welcome the clients when entering
the premises. S/he must be of good appearance, has good communication
skills, and offers logistical support in the absence of any staff
member, or when there is more than one client at the same time

Job Responsibilities

  • Meets clients and responds to all their inquiries
  • Registers
    the trainees in the various training courses and issues the payment
    receipts to the treasury in order to complete the registration process
  • Answers all the Centers incoming calls either through the mobile phone or the website
  • Making outgoing calls to follow up with our customer
  • Asks for logistical support or call the management whenever required by clients needs
  • Makes sure that the place is well prepared to meet the clients
  • Responsible for putting the advertising tools in their right place
  • Makes sure that the registration forms are constantly available
  • Adheres to the proper appearance and Centers uniform
  • Carries out any other necessary tasks within the core competencies of the job
  • Collect the fees from the clients

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • 1-5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Multitasking and very good communications skills
  • The professional business user of Microsoft Office and other business software (Outlook)
  • Very good in English is a must
  • 1 day off (rotational)
  • working hours: 8 (Rotational Shifts)
  • Residents of October or Sheikh Zayed only
  • Age from 25 to 32 years

Reports & Deputies

  • Reports to: Operation Manager or his deputy
