Job Description
- handling all files related to social insurance
- Prepare employee files.
- follow up on the factory hiring process
- Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
- Update employee balance leave on a daily basis
- Forecast hiring needs and ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly
- Monitor employee attendance
- Process employee queries and respond in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in any discipline
- 0-1 year of experience
- good command of English
- Very good command of Microsoft office
- Good Communication and presentation skills
- Presentable
