We run a marketing agency and we need help finding a Recruiter
Location: Work-From-Home
Salary: $850USD/month + commission
Responsibilities:
- Prior recruiting agency and staffing experience is required to be considered for a senior role.
- Ability to own 10 high volume jobs in multiple locations and proven track record of success building teams
- Knowledge of Marketing and Tech space
- Have implemented ATSs in the past
- Must be experienced in competency-based behavioral interviewing
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with all levels of staff and leadership
- Strong interpersonal, time management, and communication skills
- Project management expertise is a strong plus!
Required Experience:
Youll need to be
completely fluent in both written and verbal English. You need to be
able to communicate quickly, and you need to have the following
experience:
- 1-2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- 1-2 years of staffing experience
- 1-2 years leading complex Marketing searches
- 1-2 years of sourcing experience

- 1 Interview with Human Resources
- 1 Interview with Hiring Manager
- 1 Interview with Operations Manager
