Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Usher patients to Operating Rooms
Log patient and financial information on systems
Answer screen and forward incoming phone calls
Schedule patient appointments
Oversee lab and supplier logistics
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery and materials

Professional attitude and appearance
Excellent organizational skills
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Multitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Preferable Proficiency in G suite Gmail Drive etc
Preferable Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications Word Excel etc
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Good English
Ability to verbally communicate effectively with patients and co workers
