Your Responsibilities:
Source the best possible talents locally in Egypt to grow a team of strong like-minded professionals in all functions of the company (research & investments, research planning, business development, product & technology, core functions)
Develop best-in-class talent acquisition visibility and sourcing processes (job boards, Linkedin, schools, career fairs, internal referral programs)
Set up and execute a flawless recruitment process (interview rounds, case study management)
Put in place external outreach / head-hunting programs to source specific experienced profiles
Develop the professionalization of the HR function in Egypt and other offices of the Software Club
Participate in global transversal strategic HR projects
Job Requirements
Qualifications
You have 1-3 years of experience in Human Capital Management
You have proven talent acquisition related experiences and skills
You are a rigorous and organized professional with a natural curiosity for people
You have excellent oral and written communication skills in English (official language of Software Club)
