Duties and responsibilities
1 Organizing and indexing internal reports received from other departments and divisions and presenting them to the Chairman of the Board of Directors
2 Receives the telephone calls of Directors and forwards them to them or responds to them if necessary
3 Sending and receiving faxes and e mails
4 Receiving clients and visitors recording their information and arranging for their meetings
5 Preparing daily reports on the progress of work in the office the communications and correspondence received the responses to them the interviews that took place the meetings and appointments that took place on the same day and recording the results of these meetings
6 All new or assigned tasks directly related to the job
