Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Customer Service Agent to join our team As a Customer Service Agent you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients based in the United States The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills be fluent in English B1 level or higher and be able to work fixed shift from 03 pm till 12 am
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via phone email and chat
Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
Document customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary
Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services
Meet and exceed performance metrics and targets
Requirements
Fluent in English B1 level or higher
Excellent communication skills
Availability to work fixed shift from 03 pm till 12 am
Ability to work 5 days a week with Saturday and Sunday off
Undergrads gap year and dropouts are welcome to appl
Customer service experience is a plus
Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
Salary
The salary for this position ranges from 6000 to 9000 according to the candidates experience and knowledge
