What youll do:

• Managing recruitment activities, training and Development
  and Engagement of employees while providing general administrative
  support to the HR Business Partners.
• Responsible for the Employees Onboarding program to ensure having the best onboarding experience.
• Recommend, establish, and implement relevant learning and developments program to support functions.
• Coordinate in engagement activities & wellness activities according to the HR engagement calendar.
• Maintain
  talent pool of potential candidates in the market received through
  recruitment platforms such as walk-ins, career page, referrals, job
  fairs.

What youll need:

• Bachelors in business administration, preferably a certificate in HR.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar job preferably in FMCG industry.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent command of English language.
