· Net Salary: 5000 EGP + commission.
· Fixed shift: 01:00 pm – 10:00 pm (1 hour break)
· 1 day off per week

Responsibilities:
. Greeting visitors, Handling guests questions and concerns promptly and professionally
. Giving a brief orientation about services offered.
. Answering phone calls in a professional way
. Scheduling appointments
. Receiving, replying, and sorting E-mails
. Filing and maintaining documents
. Introducing new products or services to clients
. Providing excellent customer service
Requirements:
. B.A Degree
. 0-1 years of Experience in the same position
. Fluent in English is a must
. Computer skills is a must
