Job Description:
- Assisting and reporting to the CEO
- organizing meetings, taking minutes, and preparing a summary.
- Handling, paperwork, and correspondence
- Provide general administrative and clerical assistance to management, including mailing, scanning, and copying.

- controlling the office boy (schedules, evaluations, and salary proposals).
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- following up with different companies and replaying on their request
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings.
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties.
- Use CRM to export reports and prepare presentations.
- System data entry when needed.
- handling and replaying on social media accounts requests.
Job Requirements : :
- Proven work experience as a Admin Assistant, Front Office Representative or similar role (Min 1 year)
- having basic information related to real estate indusrty
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Very good at English language verbal and written.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Customer service attitude
- Bachelors degree: additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
