Job Description:


  • Assisting and reporting to the CEO
  • organizing meetings, taking minutes, and preparing a summary.
  • Handling, paperwork, and correspondence
  • Provide general administrative and clerical assistance to management, including mailing, scanning, and copying.
  • prepares reports when needed.
  • controlling the office boy (schedules, evaluations, and salary proposals).
  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • following up with different companies and replaying on their request
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings.
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties.
  • Use CRM to export reports and prepare presentations.
  • System data entry when needed.
  • handling and replaying on social media accounts requests.


Job Requirements : :


  • Proven work experience as a Admin Assistant, Front Office Representative or similar role (Min 1 year)
  • having basic information related to real estate indusrty
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Very good at English language verbal and written.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Customer service attitude
  • Bachelors degree: additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
