Greet the customer with warmth courtesy personalized greeting
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
Offering the best fit to the customer through cross sell up sell when applicable according to the customers type
Provide in depth service knowledge including benefits and overall value
Inform customers about discounts and special offers
Fulfill the customer need with speed simplicity Can do attitude
Handle customer complaints in a calm positive and professional manner providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Ensure that the customer got all the needed service before leaving the counter
Accurately handle cash and inventory
Maintain a clean and tidy work space
Report anything unusual or any major incidents to management
Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
