Responsibilities:
Acting as front office to client relations department by introducing CR Department’s duties to our clients, by phone calls, emails, face to face … professionally. · Handles clients’ requests / complaints / inquiries received promptly within specified timelines to achieve the maximum client satisfaction level. Knowledge, Skills and Experience: · Bachelor degree in Business Administration; · Minimum of 2 years of broad Clients Relations and Customer Service experience. · Strong analytical and problem solving skills and experience interpreting a strategic vision into an operational mode; · A leader who blends superior functional knowledge with a high degree of integrity. · An effective communicator, with strong oral and written skills
