Requirements: Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or related field. Experience in developing and running marketing campaigns for 3 years or more, preferably in an agency environment. Hands-on SQL skills for reporting and analysis. Advanced MS Excel skills. Strong understanding of the CXP platform as well as experience with other marketing automation tools. MoEngage platform is the preferred CXP tool. Strong analytical skills and experience in using data for decision-making. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively. Understanding of marketing and customer engagement strategies. Knowledge of HTML and CSS is an advantage.
