• 5+ years experience in the hospitality industry.
• Proven work experience as a Regional HR Manager or similar role.
• Understanding of full cycle recruiting.
• Good knowledge of local labor regulations.
• Hands-on experience with payroll systems and Human Resources
• Management Software.
