Job Description
Provide customerswith ongoing technical support to resolve any issues
Provide Assistance to service providers helping maintain high provider satisfaction
Maintain operations cycle by ensuring customer requests are properly tracked and completed efficiently
Follow proper escalation protocol to ensure all issues are resolved in timely manner
Demonstrate and explain the operation and use of our services to consumers
