Job Requirements
Solid experience in recruiting or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc.) and use creative selection processes.
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
Experience with recruiting software and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated decision-making skills.
Fluency in English.
Creative and flexible mindset, with a passion for finding and engaging Generation Z talent.
Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various innovative interview techniques and evaluation methods.
Comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment.
