• Review client RFQs/Tenders and Specifications.
• Prepare Technical and Commercial Proposals based on RFQ/Tender.
• Submit Quotations & Proposals to clients.
• Responding to clients for Technical Clarifications/Queries and follow up until award.
• Provide quotations & proposals to customers and follow up quotations for order approval.
• Recording & maintaining client data and history.
• Establish and maintain draft copies.
• Complete questionnaires used to bid for new/renewal business
• Persuade clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality.
• Maintain relationship and liaise with clients to follow up on quality issues.
• Preparing all the documents related to the submitted materials [Mill Test Certificates/
Certificate of Origin].
• Preparing Material Submittals.
• Liaising with other departments, members of the sales team and other technical expert
