Bachelors degree in a relevant field. Information Systems is preferred.
2-4 years of experience in a relevant field.
Familiar with providing Microsoft 365 service application system (Teams, SharePoint, One Drive, Microsoft Lync, Skype for business, Streaming Technologies, and power platform) platform design, training, administration, configuration, development, and Management.
Experience with AI Services Design, installation, administration, and management like Azure bot service and other AI application.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent team-building skills.
Demonstrated ability to provide an outstanding customer service experience in a variety of circumstances across all organizational levels.
Experience managing a team of engineers in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
Experience with Microsoft Teams administration.
Experience with power Apps.
Experience with power automate.
Experience with SharePoint .
Experience with power platform.
