· Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years.
- Excellent in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent English and Arabic language skills (Speaking and Writing).
- Job Description:
• Responsible for the training material production and restocking.
• Communicate with clients in a professional manner and take detailed minutes during client meetings (in person and via conference call.)
• Ensure all webinar and demos logistics and registration information in up to date. • Send welcome email to the learners before each workshop.
• Send any pre and post workshop content to the learners
• Send the evaluation reports to the client promptly after the completion of the workshop
• Responsible for preparing attendance sheets, and evaluation forms.
• Providing real-time scheduling support to the BD consultants by booking the right facilitator and preventing conflicts between clients’ dates, and utilizing the facilitators quota
