Job Description
Deal with day-to-day inquiries over the phone, email & EDI.
Organize and schedule appointments
Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Make sure all books are up to date
Create daily, weekly & monthly report
Help implement new programs, procedures, methods, and systems
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
Job Requirements
Able to work Mon - Fri 11 am- 8 pm.
Fluency in English.
Proven work experience as an admin, Virtual assistant, or executive administrative.
In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations.
Hands-on experience with MS Office.
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational and time-management skills
