Job Description
Greet and welcome clients when they arrive at the center
Direct client to the appropriate therapy room
Answer incoming phone calls and messages
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/message
Make, update and modify bookings
Collect, count and safeguard cash
Ensure hygiene, tidiness and cleanliness of center
Order supplies and keep inventory of stock
Manage laundry pick-up and delivery
Keep updated records of expenses and costs
Job Requirements
Preferably (but not a must) previous experience as a Receptionist, Front desk or similar role
Customer service attitude
Presentable and eloquent
Ability to solve problems and multi-task
Very good organizational skills
Time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Very good English language + PC knowledge
University graduate. Additional certification and training courses is a plus
