Job Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field
2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, talent management, organizational development, and performance management
Experience in analyzing HR data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with managers, employees, and other stakeholders
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
