Andalusia Health is calling for “Payroll Specialist ”
Summary :
Responsible for all the accounting and administrative duties to support the Payroll department including setting up payroll account codes , setting up deductions, resolving payroll issues , preparing attendance reports , Working with payroll team to support regular payroll activities.
Location : Smouha – Alexandria
Requirements:
Education
o Bachelor s degree of commerce
o HR Diploma is preferred
experience
o 2 year of experience as an payroll specialist or HR generalist
Responsibilities:
• Maintains payroll information: directing the collection, calculation & entering of data.
• Maintains payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures
• Update Doctors & nursing rosters on payroll attendance system.
• Create and review reports each week to ensure the accuracy of the information.
• Provides payroll and leave reports for month-end close and departmental requests.
• Update manpower weekly after hiring and resignation
• Responsible for Internal and external Monthly settlements to Ensure personnel receives the correct compensation in a timely manner
• Responsible for preparing attendance monthly report
• Data entry for vacations and leaves
• Prepare investigation monthly report & investigation analysis report
• Prepare exclusive Doctors Bonus sheet & send it to the finance to revise and dispense.
• Prepare recruiters bonus sheet & send it to the finance to revise and dispense.
• Prepare interns bonus sheet &their training certificate.
• Revise employee attendance in all departments & send email with missing employee face print ( Sign in & Out ) to department manager
• Collect attendance weekly and divide it to :
• full timer attendance weekly / monthly
• part timer attendance calculated per hour
