Job Description

  • Job Purpose:
  • Responsible for handling all Graduate studies Admission related activities, starting from communicating with leads, presenting programs details and benefits, building extended relationships with prospect students to finalizing enrolment process of applicant .
  • Responsibilities and Tasks:
  • Accountabilities:
  • Student Recruitment tasks and Communication with Applicants: 
  • Takes the initiative to communicate with leads received through marketing campaigns, digital media channels or events.
  • Analyzes the applications of prospective students based on standard admission policies.
  • Filters and assesses received student applications according to our eligibility criteria.
  • Arranges for Interviews with students to understand their background and learning objectives.
  • Advises prospective students on expectations from the program they are enrolled in and what shall be expected from the university s side.
  • Maintains long-term relationships with prospect students and potential leads.
  • Replies and follows-up with students for any inquiries through face-to face meetings, phone calls or emails.
  • Highlights the advantages and positive impact on the professional career from enrolling in a Graduate Studies program at ESLSCA University.

Admission Process:

  • Advises students about the programs offered, admission requirements, policies and procedures, eligibility criteria and fees.
  • Provides clarifications to student s inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Supports applicants in completing the enrolment forms.
  • Updates applicants records on related system with admission decisions in his/her domain.
  • Organizes and maintains recruitment files of current and previous applicants in his/her domain.
  • Performs any other ad-hoc tasks that might be assigned by the direct Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in Customer Services, Sales & Admissions.
  • Experience in Educational Institutes is a must.
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Excellent Customer support and handling Skills
  • Excellent Team work and collaboration Skills
  • Excellent level of English Language.
  • Previous Knowledge with Learning Management systems is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of all MS. Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel…)
  • Five Days a week
