Job Description
1. Reply all inquiries on social media channels.
2.Tranlsate FAQs and support in website.
3.Create contents on posts.
4. Support in organizing, promoting internal events.
5.Photograph events and create event orders.
6.Social media moderator should respond to all given social media accounts professionally and on time while making sure to adhere to that brand and audience strategies.
7.Creating a great customer experience and loyalty.
8.Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Job Requirements
1. Good writing skills, ability to summarize information and communicate to different set of audiences
2. Extended experience and interest of all possible Social Media channels and tools
3. Good command of the English language
4. Formal, friendly, and polite writing techniques
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
7. At least one year of experience in all social media channels
8. Good organization, adaptability, and time management skills.
9. Having a content creation experience is preferred
