Job Description
Welcoming clients and following them up throughout their studies
Work on the basic preparations that must be made before, during and after the end of the training course.
Establishing courses on system elements and creating reserve courses, which enhances the performance of the sales team.
The lecturers problems with regard to coordinating the daily lecture schedule and the timetable for the courses and packages in a complete manner and the extent of their commitment.
Lecturers inform you of the start and end times of training course lectures.
Determine the dates for the training courses in line with the lecturers schedule, without affecting the time plan for the training course.
The liaison between lecturers, clients, and all other departments and divisions regarding training courses.
Dealing with clients directly regarding training course dates.
Follow up on all courses and ensure that they are going well and adhere to the previously planned timetable.
Follow up and review customer reservations with the sales department.
Dealing with the preparation of various periodic reports, whether daily, weekly or monthly.
Performing the tasks required of the direct manager

Graduates only
Full time and shift flexibility
Skills in organizing time, effective communication, and working within a team
The ability to work under pressure, work on more than one task, and learn quickly.
The ability to negotiate and find a solution to the problems raised.
Proficiency in English, level B1
Computer proficiency and the ability to deal with the Microsoft Office package in a professional manner.
At least two years of experience in the field of customer service within a reputable company or in the field of coordinating training courses.
