Job Description
Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations
Receive hiring needs from technical managers, schedule technical interviews in alignment with hiring technical team and conduct HR interviews for shortlisted candidates.
Source and screen CVs using different recruitment channels to fill the current vacancies and enrich our database for future opportunities
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
Participate in employment fairs preparations and employee engagement events.
Stay informed about industry trends, talent market conditions, and competitors.
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree of business Administration or equivalent
Technical recruitment experience is a must, preferably in Fintech or Technology industry
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Details oriented and strong organizational skills
Excellent presentation skills
Fluency in English language
