You will work across a variety of clients to assist them with their deal needs including: strategy and transaction advisory (due diligence and valuations) for domestic and cross border M&A, divestitures and spin-offs, capital markets transactions like IPOs, as well as business restructurings, including bankruptcies and forensic services. In addition, we work on capital projects including mega projects and provide infrastructure and government advice.
