Job Description
- Designing and updating job descriptions.
- Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Wuzzuf, Indeed.)
- Screening incoming resumes and application forms.
- Conducting Video & In-Person Interviews.
- Preparing and distributing assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests.
- Advertise job openings on the companys careers page, social media, job boards and internal systems.
- Providing shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Scheduling interviews for reporting HR Supervisor, Manager and other departments Mangers.
- Providing job offer details, compensation and benefits to the personnel team to proceed with offers.
- Updating Departments Managers with HR Interview & Language Test Feedback.
- Following up with Departments Managers with Technical Interviews Feedback.
- Collaborating with Managers to identify future hiring needs and updating the hiring plans on the companys internal system.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
- Experience with sourcing techniques.
- Fluency in spoken & written Arabic and English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
