Job Description
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, , complaints, performance evaluations etc)
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, etc)
- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Assist in sourcing candidates and update our database.
- Support HR activities related to employee relations and disciplinary actions.
- Oversee time and attendance system to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Generate and analyze attendance reports, addressing any discrepancies or issues promptly.
- Assist in implementing and enforcing attendance policies and procedures.
- Provide support to employees regarding benefits inquiries and claim resolution
Job Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in HR or related field
- Basic knowledge of labor law.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communications skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
