· Assist in sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels including job boards, social media, and employee referrals for junior positions
· Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit and interest
· Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
· Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, including providing regular updates on the status of their application
· Assist in preparing and maintaining a positive candidate experience
· Contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruitment process
· Perform other HR-related duties as assigned
· Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
· 1-2 years of experience in recruiting or HR support role
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
