This is a full time, on site for a customer service

With a focus on providing exceptional customer service to all clients by addressing their concern and resolving their issues in a timely and efficient manner.
The customer service jobs position is responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls, providing product and service information, and processing orders and returns.
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem - solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with customers effectively.
- Ability to multi-tasking, prioritize, and manage time effectively while maintaining quality of work
- Familiarity with basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
