Job Description
- Follow up the attendance of employees through the attendance system "Fingerprint machine"
- Provide periodic reports about employees regularity and review employees vacation, absence, attendance, sick leave, …etc
- Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc. with assistance of a computer system
- Keep track of hour rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information etc.
- Manage penalty system according to the labor law and maintain penalty records up to date.
- Manage in the process of employees termination and suspension (resignations, end of contract…etc.) employees.
- Conduct total compensation market analysis to enhance market competitiveness.
- Conduct job evaluation and job mapping activities & salary surveys.
- Compare benefits and compensation plans, job classifications, and salaries through data and cost analyses.
- Support & participate in preparation company salary scale.
- Monitor payment of salary, tax, and social insurance share.
- Responsible for entering new employees on system and adding on fingerprint System.
Job Requirements
- 2 to 5 proven work experience as Payroll Specialist
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent in MS Office.
- ERP system experience is must
- Excellent verbal and written communication and problem solving skills
- BSc degree in accounting or equivalent
