Job Description
Inform employees about the policies, regulations, procedures, and managerial decisions.
Review and submit Monthly Payroll reports.
Reviewing employees & workers requests on HR System.
Forecast hiring needs, Receiving recruiting requests, and supervising all hiring process steps for Factory (white-collar and blue-collar).
Follow up the implementation of training plans.
Prepare and supervise the process of annual appraisals, and preparing final reports.
Prepare the promotions and annual increases based on the appraisals.
Update employees personal files to ensure compliance with labor and social insurance law, Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status.
Preparing and submitting all HR periodical and requested reports.
Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records.
Develop and implement HR policies throughout the Factory.
Process employees queries and respond in a timely manner.
Follow up the health and life insurance programs.
Job Requirements
BSc in Human Resources or Business Administration or relevant field.
Min. 3 years work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist.
Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Oddo is preferred.
Proficiency usage of Office applications.
Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process.
Familiarity with full cycle recruiting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
