What is the role?

We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our People & Culture team and contribute to the overall success of FlapKap. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR functions and ensure the smooth operation of various HR processes.

What you Will do:

• Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding and orientation programs
• Administer various HR programs and policies, including performance management, employee engagement, and employee relations
• Assist with employee benefits administration and payroll
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Support HR projects and initiatives as needed

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR Generalist
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
• Hands-on experience with HRIS and performance management systems
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• HR certification (Diploma, PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
