We are looking for a Technical Talent Acquisition to join our team.
Role Description
-This is a full-time on-site Technical Talent Acquisition role located in Cairo, Egypt. As a Technical Talent Acquisition specialist at AMIT Learning, you will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and hiring top technical talent, working closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, proactively sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting interviews, checking references, and extending job offers.
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Proven experience as a Technical Talent Acquisition specialist, preferably in the information technology sector.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and team members.
-Demonstrated knowledge of hiring best practices, laws, and regulations.
-Experience working with applicant tracking systems and other HR tools
Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest HR trends and technologies, and continuously improving hiring processes and procedures.
