Main Responsibilities

• Develop and manage all accounting operations and transactions.
• Publish financial statements in time.
• Handle and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolves discrepancies.
• Ensure timely bank payments.
• knowledgeable of balance sheets and financial statements.
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups frequently.
• During the auditing process, provide help to both internal and external auditors.
• Comply and adhere to accounting principles, financial policies, and regulations

Job requirements

• 2-4 years of experience as an Accountant.
• BA. in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree.
• Hands-on experience using accounting computer programs.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas : VAT, Banking, Tax and social insurance, Payroll, Assets, AR & AP, Insurance, Financial reporting, Financial analysis.
• A keen eye for detail and exceptional analytical skills.
• Excellent MS skills mainly in Excel
• Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Good English
• Good knowledge in Microsoft dynamics ax is a plus
