- Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Experience / Knowledge in using any of the HR System. VMS will be added advantage.
- Day-to-Day delivery
- Client and Vendor Management.
- Exceptional interpersonal relationship and verbal skills; including phone and in person presentation skills
- Strong follow up skills, motivated to break into new accounts through continuous effort
- Excellent project-management and time-management skills.
- Ability to work well independently and within a team environment.
- Maintain an updated SOP “Standard Operating Procedures” for day-to-day procedures so that operations functions efficiently
- Good Experience on Market Research will be an added advantage.
- Good Analytics Experience will be an added advantage.

- A customer-oriented, self-motivated critical thinker with a “Can-Do” attitude!
- Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline
- 1-3 years of experience working in a relevant area such as staffing industry operations, HR/recruiting, MSP or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect effectively across all layers of the organization
