Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Cairo for a Call Center Representative. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing support via phone, email, and chat. The Call Center Representative will work to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve customer complaints, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

• English Fluency is a must (B2-C1)
• Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
• Ability to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while handling multiple functions
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
• Computer Literacy and ability to multitask
• Experience with relevant software applications and programs
• Associate or Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with shifting priorities
• Prior experience working in a call center or customer service environment is preferred
