Responsibilities:
• Handle HR Monthly expenses (ADSL, Mobile & Transportation)
• Handle Overtime & Stand by
• Follow up the implementation of benefits plans as per agreed with the providers
• Keep vacations and attendance records
• Revise business cards
• Organize Legal HR Investigations & HR Warnings
• Handle social insurance process for employees
• Managing all aspects of medical insurance and its renewal process.
• Manage termination procedures (resignations, end of contract…etc.) by exiting terminated employees out of the system and accomplish required documents and make financial Settlement and papers to ensure updated and accurate employee database.
Requirements:
• 4-6 years of experience
• Strong communication skills
• Time management skills
• Customer focus
• Basic knowledge of HR practices and methodologies
• Strong understanding of Raya HR policies and procedures
• Labor law (basic knowledge)
