Job Description
Maintaining accurate financial records including ledgers journals and financial statements
Assisting with the preparation of monthly quarterly and annual financial reports
Conducting reconciliations of bank statements accounts receivable and accounts payable
Processing invoices expense reports, and other financial transactions
Assisting with budget preparation and monitoring
Supporting the financial audit process by providing documentation and explanations as needed
Collaborating with other members of the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Providing support for special projects and ad hoc financial analysis
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
CPA candidate or CPA certification preferred
1 to 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
