Job Purpose
The HR recruiter plays a key role in the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience for both candidates and organization. The HR recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for open positions within the organization. Will collaborate with hiring managers to review job descriptions before posting job ads, utilize various sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates, conduct interviews to assess skills and fit, and negotiate job offers.
Duties and Responsibilities
• BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field
• Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in same field
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role
• Hands-on experience with the largest, professional and niche websites like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc.
• Knowledge of sourcing and effective techniques to select blue and white collars
• Good experience in conducting interviews and assessing candidates qualifications
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Very good written and verbal communications skills
• Team spirit
• Excellent English language and computer skills
