Responsibilities:

• Conduct briefing calls with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements related to each vacancy.
• Screen candidates over the phone for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs, and basic qualifications.
• Propose and enhance the assessment tools used for recruitment to ensure the selection of optimum candidates.
• Update the recruitment tracker daily with new applicants and shortlisted candidates.
• Prepare the job offer for accepted candidates after passing HR and Technical interviews.
• Conduct orientation programs for newly hired employees.
• Execute the companys training plan and assist in the training needs analysis through collecting and consolidating performance gaps using end-of-year appraisal forms.
• Updating and completing all the job descriptions for the whole company after discussing them with each department head.
• Assists with planning and implementing training programs, including identifying TNA and starting the execution process.
• Handle all the recruitment processes internally and externally once receiving the Job vacancy request from the hiring manager including but not limited to (job postings and CVs collection, screening CVs, conducting phone and face-to-face interviews, shortlisting candidates to the Hiring Manager for technical assessment, and issue offers to the accepted candidates).

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration.
• 4+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Recruitment background is necessary.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
