Roles and Responsibilities
. Need to source, screen and schedule the candidates according to the requirement
. Need to do end to end recruitment and also should be able to use Job portals, Social Media for Hiring
. Should be excellent in coordinating with Stake Holders, vendors and other teams
. Need to close the offers, maintain trackers(Excel/Google Sheet) as per the business requirement
Eligibility Criteria
. Must be an immediate joiner
. Should have minimum 6 months of experience into recruitment
. Need to have knowledge of using job portals/social media in recruitment
. Should be flexible to work on weekends and extended hours as per the business requirement
. Must have experience in volume hiring (International BPO hiring )
. Should have knowledge of the documentation process and policies
