About GESR

Innovation and Entrepreneurship Program (GESR Misr Elkeir )is a program that was launched by Misr El-Kheir Foundation in 2013 to support innovations and technology-based social enterprises that tackle different societal challenges in the fields of Energy, Water, Food, Education, and Health challenges.

GESR works to support the whole innovation cycle; building the capacities for innovation, supporting and investing in innovations and social enterprises.

• Designing and managing events, projects, workshops and training programs that are held inside the incubator, preincubation or innovation programs.
• Suggest, plan and oversee different activities to ensure that incubator, preincubation or innovation  programs the needed objectives and to make sure that the subjective satisfaction within the agreed-on period and according to the timeline of the activities.
• Constantly monitor the objectives and outputs of the incubator, preincubation or innovation programs.and take decisions –when needed in urgent cases- to make sure that the activity plan of the lab can fulfill the agreed-on KPIs.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the incubator, preincubation or innovation programs.to ensure that the beneficiaries of the programs have all the needed support to ensure the highest levels of effectiveness and to fulfill the expected results.
• Ensure the implementation of all the terms and policies of theprogram to ensure the safe and efficiently operation.
• Planning the process of marketing the incubator, preincubation or innovation programs.in different governorates.
