Job Description
- Support to employees in various HR-related topics such as vacations, business missions, permissions, resignations.
- Updates staff records on the HR database and manual filing systems.
- Receives and processes personnel forms.
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
- Assist supervisors in in various HR-related topics.
- Handling staff attendance and departure system and making reports.
- Support to recruitment process starting from (sourcing - filtration - screening - selection) to find the most qualified candidate, consider the core competencies for each position.
- Set and maintain a database of applicants ensuring availability of timely candidate information for recruitment purposes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Business administration or Accounting or a relative field Preferred.
- Experience from 1 to 3 Years of Experience.
- Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
- Familiar with Egypt Labor Law.
- Minimum of 1 years experience in document or records management.
- Ability to find and preserve paper documents.

- Excellent proficiency of English (written and spoken).
