Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between Corporate & Institutional Business and all stakeholder functions in the bank being the go-to function within Corporate responsible for the timely and regularity of distribution of control reports as well as consolidation and quality check and submission of responses to all queries / reporting requests / breaches / missions / requirements by (internal or external) stakeholder(s) departments / teams / functions, especially control departments (whether internal or external) as well as providing assistance to all departments related to Corporate and Institutional Business with a range of duties including the creation and maintenance of reports, business development, market data research and Management reports.
  • Design presentations showing corporate performance in terms of financial(s) – On, Off & Non- Balance Sheet related as well as non-financial reporting by products, segmentation as well as customer acquisition, initiatives, short and medium-term plan, variance from budgets.
  • Responsible for data mining and building extensive models from various data sources especially with big data and the ability to trace income leakage, discretion matrices abidance and conformance with set policies and procedures.
  • Pipeline & Call Reports: Assisting RMs to update their call reports and deals in pipeline in an accurate way and report for any inaccurate deals and build models to calculate estimated profitability and portfolio growth as well as monitoring calling activities on a weekly basis to report to management.
  • Responsible for all kinds of reporting requested serving departments working with Corporate Institutional Business and their automation to improve the quality of MI generated, save TAT, decrease error and mitigate risks as well as performing market studies and research and peer analysis.
  • Monitoring the corporate Marketing Annual Budget and report any deviations and ensure approval matrices are abided.
  • Gathering, researching, validating, and submitting economical, industrial reports from all the possible data through provided outlets to assist management as well as relationship manages with their targets.
  • Managing the MAIL Agreement process with relationship managers, clients and branches and ensuring full adherence and appropriate approvals from EXCO as well as eligibility of clients according to the set criteria, to avoid any operational risk errors / losses / near misses.
